StratevAI does not issue refunds under any circumstances. Once your business plan is generated and delivered, the service has been fully performed and the purchase is final.
1. Our No Refund Policy
By purchasing a business plan from StratevAI (Essentials Plan or Strategic Plan), you acknowledge and agree that:
- All sales are final
- No refunds will be issued for any reason
- No exceptions will be made to this policy
- You accept responsibility for providing accurate survey information
2. Why We Don't Offer Refunds
2.1 Instant Digital Delivery
StratevAI provides instant digital services. Once you submit your survey and complete payment:
- Our AI immediately processes your data
- Your custom business plan is generated within 2-4 minutes
- The plan is delivered to your email
- You gain immediate access to the PDF
The value is transferred to you instantly and cannot be "returned" like a physical product.
2.2 Computational Resources
Generating each business plan requires significant computational resources:
- AI processing costs (OpenAI API usage)
- Server infrastructure
- Database storage
- Email delivery services
These costs are incurred immediately upon generation and cannot be recovered.
2.3 Self-Service Model
StratevAI is a self-service tool where you:
- Control the input (survey answers)
- Choose the plan type (Essentials vs Strategic)
- Receive exactly what's described in our service offering
The quality of your business plan is directly tied to the quality of information you provide.
3. No Refunds For...
We do not issue refunds for any of the following reasons:
3.1 Dissatisfaction with Content
- "I don't like the plan" or "It's not what I expected"
- "The plan isn't detailed enough" or "It's too generic"
- "I wanted different information included"
Why: Our service description clearly outlines what's included in each plan. Review the FAQ and plan details before purchasing.
3.2 User Input Errors
- "I provided incorrect information in the survey"
- "I answered the questions wrong"
- "I made a typo in my business name"
Why: You are responsible for reviewing your survey answers before submission. We cannot modify or regenerate plans after delivery.
3.3 Change of Mind

Why: The service has already been performed. Consider your needs carefully before purchasing.
3.4 Technical Issues on Your End
- "I can't download the PDF" (device/browser issue)
- "My email provider blocked the delivery" (spam filter)

3.5 Misunderstanding of Service
- "I thought this included consulting"
- "I expected a human to write it"
- "I thought I could request revisions"
Why: StratevAI is clearly described as an AI-powered self-service tool. We do not provide consulting, human writing, or revisions.
3.6 Duplicate Purchases
- "I accidentally bought the same plan twice"
- "I clicked the button twice and was charged twice"
Why: Each purchase triggers immediate plan generation. However, if you can demonstrate a true duplicate charge error (within 24 hours), contact support@stratevai.com and we will investigate.
3.7 Comparison to Competitors
- "Another service offered more for less"
- "I found a cheaper alternative"
Why: Research alternatives before purchasing. Our pricing is clearly displayed upfront.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
⚠️ Do Not File a Chargeback
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a delivered digital product is considered fraud. If you file a chargeback:
- Your access to StratevAI will be permanently terminated
- We will dispute the chargeback with your bank and provide proof of delivery
- You may be liable for chargeback fees and legal costs
- We reserve the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to credit bureaus

5. What We Will Help With
While we don't offer refunds, we do provide technical support for:
5.1 Delivery Issues
- Email not received: We can resend the email or provide a direct download link
- PDF won't open: We can help troubleshoot or provide an alternative format
- Download link expired: We can regenerate a fresh download link
5.2 Payment Issues
- Payment failed but I was charged: We can verify the transaction status and refund if no plan was generated
- Technical error during checkout: We can investigate and resolve

7. Exceptions (Rare Cases)
In extremely rare circumstances, we may issue a refund at our sole discretion:

- Our AI completely fails to generate a plan (system error)
- Plan is delivered as a corrupted or blank file (not user device issue)
- We are unable to deliver the plan after multiple attempts and cannot resolve
7.2 Service Misrepresentation
- We fundamentally failed to deliver what was promised in our service description
- Plan does not match the plan type purchased (e.g., paid for Strategic, received Essentials)
7.3 How to Request an Exception
If you believe you qualify for an exception:

- Explain the technical issue in detail
- Provide screenshots or evidence of the problem
- Allow us 3-5 business days to investigate
We will review on a case-by-case basis. Refund exceptions are extremely rare.

If you're unhappy with your plan and don't qualify for a refund, consider:
